Urban Elements is a project exclusively dedicated to Dream and Bass. I like to refer to Dream and Bass as a form of Drum and Bass that emphasizes trance melodies and atmospheric pads with influences from Balearic style and 90s Dream music. This style borders with genres such as Liquid Drum and Bass, Atmospheric Drum and Bass and Jazzstep.

This project has its origins in the year 2016. In 2020, during the lockdown, I decided to pick it up again with the aim of creating a fusion between Drum and Bass and Trance that never really took place. It wasn't until 2021, during many nights of that dark and lonely period of restrictions and curfews, that the purpose truly began to take shape and be what it is today. Some of the tracks included in this work reflect the desolate atmosphere of those days.

Periodically, I will be releasing tracks until they are eventually compiled into an album.




Urban Elements es un proyecto exclusivamente dedicado al Dream and Bass. Me gusta gusta definir el Dream and Bass como una forma de Drum and Bass en el que destacan las melodías tranceras y los pads atmosféricos con influencias del estilo baleárico y del Dream de los años 90. Este estilo hace frontera con estilos como el Liquid Drum and Bass, el Atmospheric Drum and Bass o el Jazzstep.

Este proyecto tiene su germen en el año 2016. En 2020, durante el confinamiento, decidí retomarlo teniendo por objetivo una fusión entre Drum and Bass y Trance que realmente nunca tuvo lugar. No fue hasta 2021, durante muchísimas noches de aquel oscuro y solitario periodo de restricciones y toques de queda cuando realmente el propósito empezó a tomar forma y ser lo que es a día de hoy. Por ello algunos de los temas contenidos en este trabajo reflejan la atmósfera desoladora de aquellos días.

De forma periódica iré publicando temas hasta que, finalmente, sean compilados en un álbum.
